In-App Purchase Refunds

Purchases are processed by the platform you used:

  • iOS - Apple App Store. Refunds via Apple's Report a Problem page.
  • Android - Google Play. Refunds via Google Play's order history.
  • Telegram Mini App - Telegram Stars. Refunds via Telegram's Stars refund flow.

We do not process refunds directly. For questions about your coin balance after a purchase, contact us at playmeloman@gmail.com.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email playmeloman@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

  • Telegram Mini App - your Telegram username or user ID
  • Mobile App (iOS/Android) - your in-game display name and approximate registration date

We will permanently delete all associated data within 30 days.
